We will clearly communicate with you in a timely manner. Prior to you accepting our advice the full costs, benefits and risks associated with the recommended product will be clearly explained.

After you have accepted our advice we will write to you to confirm our recommendations. This communication will be timely and easy to understand. We are happy to answer any queries at any time pre or post sale.

Where it is necessary for us to charge a fee this will be explained to you prior to accepting our recommendation. Any fee will be reasonable & justifiable based on the work we do for you.
